Our Positions:
Marketing Specialist:
As a Marketing Specialist for Unsworth Marketing Group, you will be required to execute in the following responsibilities:
- Perform market research, competitive research, and learn how to interpret metrics and demographic data that helps our clients exceed expectations.
- Execute effective marketing strategies, helping start-ups get out of the gate well for online growth, campaign development and lead generation programs.
- Contribute to website production and social media planning deliverables that will be executed for clients
You will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, helping startups get out of the gate well for online growth, campaign development and lead generation programs. Websites and social media are included in deliverables that will be executed for clients. This position is responsible for following brand and technology guidelines for our company, marketing planning for the team, and campaign results.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain technical standards across video production, continuously audit industry best-practices and optimize often
- Develop, distribute and update documentation relating to pre and post-production workflows and processes
- Work with creative teams to identify problem areas and pose creative solutions
- Evaluate complex challenges against a variety of factors and design short-term and long-term strategies
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative and Google Workplace Suite
- Strong human relations skills with the ability to navigate diverse skill sets, learning types, and personality types
- Superb interpersonal skills with an ability to convey complex concepts to all levels of personnel
- Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to analyze problems across a variety of facets to design holistic solutions
- Ongoing website development and management, social media concept and execution, and project and event planning.
Social Media Manager:
The Social Media Manager’s job focuses on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets. A Social Media Manager is tasked with several key duties, such as:
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Events Marketing Manager
The Events Marketing Manager focuses on increasing brand engagement through event marketing. They are responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing events. The Events Marketing Manager will execute the following responsibilities:
- Manage and negotiate contracts for all vendors required for event in collaboration with management and legal
- Select and manage Food & Beverage
- Track event success based on event KPI’s
- Event Registration Management
- Event Budget Management
- Create budget, communicate event budget, manage event expenses, and reconcile budget after event
- Create promotional materials for events
Marketing Intern:
As a Marketing Specialist Intern for Unsworth Marketing Group, you will be required to execute the following responsibilities:
- Perform market research, competitive research, and learn how to interpret metrics and demographic data that helps our clients exceed expectations.
- Execute effective marketing strategies, helping start-ups get out of the gate well for online growth, campaign development and lead generation programs.
- Contribute to website production and social media planning deliverables that will be executed for clients
- You will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities,
- You will commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week
This position is also responsible for following brand guidelines for our company, marketing planning for the team, and campaign results. As you grow in this position, additional responsibilities will include handling content management, development, and creative information design.
